We’ve did our best! But, unfortunately, we’re still sailing in uncharted waters…
I miss you like crazy: I miss all of you, performing on stage but, unfortunately, since the COVID-19 Emergency has not been overcome and given the DPCM (The Prime Ministerial Decree) restrictions on public gathering and social distancing, we are FORCED to delay the tour once more.
The tour calendar will be rescheduled.
We’ll communicate the new tour dates as soon as possible.
As for the tickets, for a question of fairness and transparency we would like to point our that the presales have NOT been collected directly by the artist, nor by the management nor the promoters.
There are companies dealing directly with the sale and pre-sale of tickets you can appeal to such as TicketOne and ViVaTicket
Unfortunately, tickets of the delayed dates for the delayed tour dates won’t be refund, as foreseen with the Law 17 July 2020 n. 77 (of July 19th 2020) which introduces the extension of the validity of the voucher (from 12 to 18 months), while it is confirmed that the voucher does not require customer acceptance; the obligation, but only for pop music concerts, to refund the tickets at the expiry date of the voucher when the artist’s originally scheduled performance is canceled, without postponing to another date within the same period of validity of the voucher.
Anyone who wants can keep the ticket for the new dates, alternatively can ask for a voucher directly on the aforementioned websites. Refunds are given only in the event of cancellation.
For any request, reference should me made to press release on TicketOne and VivaTicket websites
