Ticket Refund Modalities
In case of ticket purchase in paper mode at one of the official points of sale in Capri and Anacapri, we inform you that the refund can be made by going directly to the specific point of sale where the purchase was made, presenting your ticket no later than September 30th 2025.
In case of ticket purchase on online platforms Go2 or TicktetOne, it is possible to provide a refund of the ticket by following the instructions and the procedure present directly on the two platforms no later than 30/09/2024.
The refund will be made through payment coordinates used during the purchase.
In case of ticket purchase in official TicketOne or Go2 point of sale, it is necessary to go to the specific point of sale no later than 30/09/2024 presenting receipt of purchase.
